FAQ

CAN I STILL USE A TICKET EVEN IF ITS NOT MY NAME ON IT?

Yes, the tickets are not personal and it doesn’t matter if it’s not your name on it.

Please note that your ticket is for South Ocean Festival, not for a specific artist. Artist cancellation is not grounds for refund. At a festival event, both the organizer and the audience should take into account that last minute changes are possible. We hope that our audience understands this, and the fact that these changes are often sudden and independent of the festival organizer. This way of dealing with possible changes is in connection to the common ways of operation in the festival scene at large.

You are not allowed to bring any food or drink onto the festival grounds. If you wish to have a picnic, you can do so outside the premises before entering. However, please clean up and dispose of your trash properly.

If you have specific dietary restrictions for medical reasons and need to consume certain items, please reach out to us, and we will work it out with a medical certificate, etc.

Feel free to bring an empty PET bottle that you can refill with water inside the festival!
